Intended Use Statement

ZC Labs is a supplier of research-grade materials intended exclusively for scientific and laboratory use. Our products are developed and sold for the purposes of in-vitro research, including but not limited to biochemical assays, cell culture studies, analytical testing, and academic investigation.

These materials are not:

• Approved for human consumption or administration.
• Approved for veterinary use.
• Intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or medical condition in humans or animals.
• Classified as dietary supplements, drugs, or nutraceuticals.
• Intended for commercial resale to end consumers outside of a research context.

Purchaser Representations & Warranties

By completing a purchase on the ZC Labs website, each purchaser expressly represents, warrants, and agrees to the following:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional.
• You are acquiring ZC Labs products solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research purposes.
• The materials will not be administered to, consumed by, or otherwise used by any human being or animal.
• You possess the appropriate laboratory facilities, equipment, and safety protocols required to handle research-grade compounds responsibly.
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing the acquisition, storage, handling, use, and disposal of research materials.
• You will not resell ZC Labs products to any individual or entity for non-research or consumer use.
• You understand that ZC Labs products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for human or veterinary use.

Safe Handling Requirements

Research-grade compounds require appropriate laboratory conditions and safety protocols. All purchasers should observe the following handling standards:

• Storage: Store compounds according to the conditions specified on the product label and Certificate of Analysis. Most compounds require refrigeration or freezing.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Wear appropriate PPE including gloves, lab coat, and eye protection when handling research materials.
• Ventilation: Work in a properly ventilated laboratory environment or fume hood where applicable.
• Disposal: Dispose of research materials in accordance with institutional policies and applicable regulations for laboratory waste.
• Containment: Handle all materials using appropriate containment procedures to prevent contamination or accidental exposure.

Regulatory Framework

ZC Labs operates in compliance with applicable U.S. federal regulations governing the sale of research materials. The research compounds we supply are sold in their original, unmodified state for scientific research purposes. Regulatory status of specific compounds may vary by jurisdiction; purchasers are responsible for verifying the legal status of any research material in their state or country prior to purchase.

ZC Labs makes no representations regarding the legal status of any product in any specific jurisdiction outside the United States and does not currently ship internationally.

Enforcement & Right to Refuse

ZC Labs reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion in the event of any suspected or confirmed violation of this Research Use Only policy. Such violations include, but are not limited to:

• Misrepresentation of intended use at the time of purchase.
• Evidence of resale for non-research purposes.
• Indication of intended human or animal administration.
• Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
