All products sold by ZC Labs are strictly for in-vitro laboratory and pre-clinical research. They are NOT for human consumption, veterinary use, food, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or any therapeutic or diagnostic application.
What “Research Use Only” Means
“Research Use Only” (RUO) is a regulatory classification that defines how a product may be used and to whom it may be sold. RUO products:
- Are intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and pre-clinical development
- Have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the European Medicines Agency, Health Canada, or any other regulatory authority for any therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or veterinary use
- Have not been clinically validated for use in humans or animals
- Are sold exclusively for use by qualified researchers, scientific professionals, and licensed research entities
- May not be resold, redistributed, or transferred for any non-research purpose

You are a qualified researcher, scientific professional, or authorized representative of a research entity.
Proper Facilities
You have the equipment, facilities, training, and personnel required to handle research chemicals safely.
Legal Compliance
You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing research-chemical use, storage, and disposal.
Assumption of Risk
You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the handling, storage, and use of the products.

Customers are responsible for storing, handling, and disposing of all research compounds in accordance with established laboratory practices and applicable regulations. ZC Labs is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or disposal of the products.
Reselling & Redistribution
Resale, redistribution, transfer, or gifting of ZC Labs products to any party who has not acknowledged these terms is strictly prohibited. ZC Labs reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders that we believe will be redistributed in violation of this policy.
Misuse
ZC Labs explicitly disclaims responsibility for any use of its products outside the scope of in-vitro laboratory research. Misuse of research compounds may result in serious injury, illness, or death. If you are not a qualified researcher, do not order from this website.
