4. Order Acceptance & Pricing

ZC Labs reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs upon shipment of the order. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders at any time prior to shipment for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory unavailability, or suspected policy violations.
• Modify product pricing without prior notice. Prices reflected at the time of order checkout are the applicable prices for that transaction.
• Apply, modify, or discontinue promotional codes and discount programs at our discretion.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law.

Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. ZC Labs accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout.
