Ordering & Processing

How do I place an order?

Browse our catalog at zclabs.shop/shop, select your desired research compounds, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information and payment details, and submit your order. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly thereafter.

What are your processing times?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) from the date of order placement. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Order modifications or cancellations may be accommodated if requested before the order enters the fulfillment queue. Please contact support@zclabs.shop as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

What payment methods do you accept?

ZC Labs accepts multiple payment methods including major credit cards, Zelle, CashApp, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Available payment options are displayed at checkout.

Shipping & Tracking

What shipping carriers and methods do you use?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail to all 50 U.S. states. Free USPS Priority Shipping on All Orders. We currently do not offer international shipping.

How long does shipping take?

After your order is processed and dispatched, estimated transit times are as follows: USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days. These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order upon shipment. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active within the carrier’s system. You can also log in to your account at zclabs.shop/my-account to view your order status.

My package shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Please first check with neighbors, building management, or other household members, and allow 24 additional hours as carriers occasionally scan packages before final delivery. If the package remains unlocated after 48 hours, contact us at support@zclabs.shop with your order number. Lost package claims must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

How are orders packaged?

Products are professionally packed and sealed before shipment to maintain quality during transportation. Orders are securely packaged according to our quality-control and shipping standards to help maintain product integrity during transit.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs)

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued by an independent, accredited laboratory that verifies the identity, purity, and potency of a research compound. Every ZC Labs product is tested by a third-party ISO-accredited laboratory, and COAs are available for download on our COAs page.

Where can I find COAs for your products?

COAs for all current batch products are available on our COAs page. Documents are organized by product and batch number for easy reference.

How frequently are products re-tested?

Each new batch of product received by ZC Labs undergoes independent third-party testing before being made available for sale. COAs are updated on a per-batch basis to reflect current inventory.

Research Use & Compliance

Who can purchase from ZC Labs?

ZC Labs products are sold exclusively to researchers, scientists, and laboratory professionals who are at least 21 years of age. By placing an order, you certify that you are acquiring these materials for lawful in-vitro laboratory research purposes only, and that you have the appropriate facilities and qualifications to handle research-grade compounds.

Are your products approved for human use?

No. All ZC Labs products are strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research use only. They are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary consumption, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Is it legal to purchase your products?

ZC Labs sells research compounds that are legal for laboratory research use in the United States at the federal level. However, laws regarding specific compounds may vary by state and jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws before purchasing. ZC Labs makes no representations regarding the legal status of any product in any specific jurisdiction.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to prior authorization from our support team. Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Please review our full Shipping & Returns policy for complete details.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Account & Rewards

How do I create an account?

You can create a ZC Labs research account at zclabs.shop/register. An account allows you to track orders, view your purchase history, and participate in our Rewards program.

How does the Rewards program work?

ZC Labs offers a loyalty rewards program through which registered customers earn points on qualifying purchases. Points can be redeemed for store credit on future orders. Visit our Rewards page for complete program details, earning rates, and redemption information.

Affiliate Program

How does the ZC Labs affiliate program work?

Our affiliate program allows you to earn store credit by referring new customers to ZC Labs. For every 10 paid referral orders, you earn $150 in store credit. Visit our Affiliates page for complete program details, application information, and compliance requirements.

Are there restrictions on how I can promote ZC Labs as an affiliate?

Yes. All affiliates must strictly adhere to our Affiliate Compliance Rules, which prohibit any claims suggesting human consumption, medical benefit, disease treatment, or health outcomes. All promotional content must accurately represent ZC Labs products as research materials only. Violations may result in immediate program removal and commission forfeiture.
