Processing & Handling
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and U.S. holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your label is generated.

Heat-sensitive compounds ship with insulated mailers and ice packs at no extra cost.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. Standard transit time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Standard (under $250): $9.95 flat-rate USPS Priority Mail
- Free Shipping: Orders of $250 or more ship free, automatically applied at checkout
- Expedited: UPS 2-Day available at checkout for an additional fee

International Shipping
At this time, ZC Labs ships exclusively within the United States. We do not ship internationally due to varied import regulations on research compounds. We are actively evaluating Canadian shipping options and will update this page when available.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an undeliverable address, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs ($9.95 USPS / actual UPS cost). We will contact you by email to confirm before re-shipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address or a private mailbox.
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation.
- Damaged in transit: Photograph the package and contents within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We will replace damaged items at no cost once verified.
- Marked delivered but missing: Please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office first. If still missing, contact us within 5 days for assistance with a carrier claim.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are research-grade chemical compounds, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or compromised items for safety, contamination, and chain-of-custody reasons.
We will issue a full refund or replacement when:
- The item arrived damaged or contaminated, with photo evidence provided within 48 hours
- The wrong item was shipped (we will provide a prepaid return label)
- The item is materially different from its product description or COA
- The order was lost in transit and a carrier claim has been filed
How to request a refund or replacement
- Email support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label if reporting damage.
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with next steps.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order at no charge if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order is in transit and cannot be canceled — but you may decline delivery and we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost when the package returns to us.
Address Restrictions
For compliance reasons, we do not ship to:
- P.O. boxes in certain jurisdictions where signature confirmation is required
- Freight forwarders without verified business credentials
- Addresses flagged for prior payment fraud or chargeback activity
If your order is held for a compliance review, we will email you to confirm the shipping address before dispatch.
