What does ZC Labs sell?
ZC Labs supplies premium research-grade peptides and reference compounds for in-vitro laboratory and pre-clinical research. Every batch is independently tested and ships with a downloadable Certificate of Analysis. All products are for laboratory and research use only — not for human or veterinary consumption.

Where is ZC Labs based?
ZC Labs is U.S.-based and ships from our fulfillment facility in South Carolina. All compounds are sourced from domestic and vetted international laboratory suppliers and independently re-tested before sale.
Quality & Testing
How do I view a COA before buying?
Every product page links to a downloadable Certificate of Analysis showing identity, purity, and batch-specific test results from an independent third-party lab. The full archive is available on our

Who tests your compounds?
Our compounds are independently analyzed by accredited third-party laboratories including Freedom Diagnostic Labs. We do not test our own products — purity and identity are always verified by an external lab.
What testing methods do you use?
Every batch is analyzed by HPLC (purity), mass spectrometry (identity confirmation), and endotoxin / sterility screening where applicable. The exact methods used appear on each COA.
What is the minimum purity?
All peptide products are released at a minimum of 98% purity by HPLC. Most batches test at 99%+ and the actual measured value is shown on the COA for each batch.
Ordering & Payment
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. A free account is required to verify age, agree to the Research Use Only policy, and access order history and COAs. Account creation takes under one minute.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?
Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout: 5% off orders of $150+, 10% off $250+, and 15% off $500+. No code required — the discount appears in your cart.
Is there a first-time discount?
Yes. New customers can use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off their first order. One use per customer.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Standard USPS Priority Mail delivers within 2–5 business days nationwide. Expedited UPS 2-Day is available at checkout. Full details on our

Is shipping discreet?
Yes. All packages ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no logos, branding, or product references on the exterior. The return address shows a generic shipper name.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, ZC Labs ships only within the United States. We are not currently able to fulfill international orders due to varied import regulations on research compounds.
Returns & Issues
What if my package arrives damaged?
Photograph the package and contents within 48 hours of delivery and contact our
support team. We will replace damaged items at no cost once verified. Full details on our

Can I return an unopened product?
For safety and chain-of-custody reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened research compounds. Refunds and replacements are available for damaged, lost, or incorrectly shipped items as described in our
Shipping & Returns policy.
My tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What now?
Please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office. If the package is still missing after 24 hours, contact us within 5 days of the “delivered” scan and we will help open a carrier investigation.
